  • What does the Gites price include?

    The prices include electricity,gas, bed linen, hand and t-towels and a few bascis to get you started. For Les Glycines out of season, logs for the woodburner are also included.We have Travel Cots (x2),mattresses,changing mat, highchairs(x2)Baby bath and potty, and Baby cutlery and tableware available free of charge.

  • How can we pay for our Les Glycines Gites Holiday?

    You can pay by Credit Card via our Calendars through Paypal only. Otherwise, by Bank Transfer ( BACS or SEPA) or cheque ( in euros).

  • Are there any extra charges?

    If you wish to hire large Bath/Shower Towels, we charge 15€ for 4 per week.

  • How far are the nearest Restaurants, Markets, Fuel Stations and Supermarkets?

    L'Absie is a mere 5 kms - and has a Carrefour Contact Supermarket ( with 24 hour Fuel Station), Pharmacy,Doctors, Boulongerie,Tabac, Post Office,Speciality Food shop,2 Banks, 2 Hairdressers,Cafe and Bars/Restaurants and a Take-Away Pizza parlour..

  • Is there a cleaning charge?

    No - but we do ask Guests to leave the Gites tidy as found.

  • Is the drinking water safe?

    Absolutely..

  • What activities do you have on site?

  • Where are the Tourist attractions in your area?

    Please refer to our Things to see and do page here.

  • Is the Pool shared?

    Yes but just between the Gites.There is always a quiet day or time when you can find the Pool completely yours. Of course, for Children this is often where they make lasting friendships.

  • What is provided in the Gites?

    Besides the Bed Linen and hand towels, we put in a few items to get you started. For example, some Loo rolls, Kitchen Towel, Washing-up Liquid, Soap, Loo Cleaner, Tea, Coffee and Sugar.

  • Are the Gites suitable for couples?

    Yes - particularly Les Petites Pierres and La Roche. Also, Les Glycines out of Peak Season when we can reduce the charge for half occupancy.

  • Are the Gites suitable for Children?

    Yes - there are board games in each Gite and some toys available.Outside there is plenty of safe space to play. The Pool is well-secured , is 1.2m deep, has a safety mat, and a paddling pool for toddlers is also available.The Games field is very popular and the Wildflower Maze a delight to run through!
